Définition du MLM
Le MLM, Multi-Level Marketing ou marketing à paliers multiples est l’application du « bouche à oreilles » aux affaires.
Le MLM est un système d’affiliation où chaque affilié devient le recruteur de nouveaux membres.
Chaque client va donc vendre les produits du réseau à ses « filleuls » et touche des commissions.
Concept du MLM
Très utilisé aux Etats-Unis, le MLM se définit en un réseau de 2 à 8 paliers d’affiliations et sont à différencier des systèmes de ventes pyramidales qui eux vendent le droit de faire partie du réseau.
L’affilié du premier niveau va empocher des commissions sur chaque palier d’affiliation.
Ses gains peuvent donc très vite grimper s’il recrute des nouveaux membres actifs.
Le Web a su démocratiser ce programme auquel chaque internaute peut avoir accès. Il peut devenir une activité secondaire, où l’on peut, de chez soi, gagner de bons revenus en ayant investi de petites sommes. Le tout est d’être patient !
Le MLM est-il légal ?
Pour être légal, un système à paliers multiples doit remplir ces conditions :
- Toute somme versée au départ doit correspondre à un réel service
- Recevez des commissions sur le recrutement de nouveaux clients
- Nul besoin de recrutement pour avoir droit aux redevances normales
